Archived - New offices, new staff, new certifications for Waypoint team

Waypoint Wealth Partners will be moving to a new office suite on the 25th floor of their same office building this summer. “We are excited to expand into a new space that will accommodate our growth and provide for more team collaboration. And the fact that it’s just two floors down is a huge bonus.” Stay tuned for an Open House this fall.

Annette and Adrian planted an edible garden and it’s growing like crazy! They’ve got mixed lettuces, spinach, kale, bell peppers, beets and LOADS of tomatoes. “Can’t wait to make lots of gazpacho, one of our summer favorites.”

Courtney had a family trip to Indian Wells to watch the BNP Paribas Open in March. “We saw a lot of great players and great tennis! Roger Federer, Rafa Nadal, Andy Murray, Maria Sharapova and Aleksandra Wozniak to name a few.” Indian Wells is a great venue for tennis viewing – good weather, tasty restaurants, live music and nine stadium courts that you can walk around to see all the different matches going on.

Annette recently attended the FPA Retreat conference in Miami, which brings together a select group of advisers from around the country to get them out of their element and think big. “Retreat is a great opportunity to network with other advisers, share ideas and push our thinking. I always walk away feeling energized and inspired.”

Chuck and his son, C.J., and daughter, Genny, spent spring break trekking from Florida to Washington, D.C. They visited friends in Florida where they hit the beach and rode bikes, visited with family in North Carolina and Virginia, and saw the cherry blossoms in bloom in Washington, D.C. There were many highlights but touring the U.S. Capitol was definitely at the top. “I loved learning about the U.S. Capitol and seeing how it all works. It was a great experience and really made our government come to life for the kids.”

Chuck and son, C.J., volunteered at Beaconsfield Canyon in Oakland. It’s the eighth consecutive Earth Day they’ve spent volunteering together. “I love the outdoors and can’t think of a better way to spend Earth Day.”
