What do you enjoy most about your role as an Associate Wealth Manager?
The opportunity to work with incredible people is what drew me to Waypoint Wealth Partners. I love to meet diverse, talented, and interesting individuals and help them plan for their financial futures. A problem-solver at heart, I enjoy the challenge of addressing the complexities presented by each client’s unique situation. It’s the perfect blend of building meaningful connections and continuously expanding my knowledge.
What makes you proud to be a part of the Waypoint team?
The incredible team at Waypoint is composed of accomplished, genuine individuals who deeply care about their clients and one another. They approach every situation with the care and consideration clients deserve. I admire our team’s visionary mindset, drive for excellence, and ability to balance dedication with a vibrant, collaborative spirit.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
An early mentor taught me to bring my true self to everything I do. Authenticity is essential for building trust and meaningful relationships, which are key to helping clients reach their goals. When clients recognize genuine care and a commitment to understanding their unique needs, it builds a strong foundation for collaboration and success. By staying true to myself, I strive to connect with clients on a deeper level and provide advice that aligns with their values and aspirations.
What do you love to do outside of work?
Despite a checkered past with houseplants, I am the founding board president of Refugia Marin, a Marin, CA, nonprofit dedicated to transforming public spaces with native plant habitats to support biodiversity, reduce water usage, sequester carbon, and promote environmental stewardship. I also enjoy exploring Marin’s diverse terrain with my dog, Remy, hiking the rolling hills, wandering through the redwood forests, and taking in the breathtaking coastal views. When I’m at home, I enjoy baking. What started as a sourdough hobby has turned into a love for making all kinds of bread and sweets.
